This is a 14 unit multi-family building located in Kelowna BC. The building is a high performance structure with integrated parking and gardens. This is a rental unit and was designed for ease of management, while maintaining comfort for the occupants. The building was built using 2x10 walls in order to achieve a very high R-Value and very strong structure. Each of the 7 units on the main floor have 1 bedroom, while the upper 7 units are split over the top 2 floors and feature 2 bedrooms. As the project lead , I spearheaded all aspects of this venture from inception to completion. |
