Introducing an exceptional wood-framed residential development, where two four-storey buildings gracefully rise above a single parkade, boasting over 100 thoughtfully designed units. As the project lead, I take immense pride in the design development stage of this endeavor. Our goal is to harmonize contemporary elegance with the surrounding architectural styles, creating rental buildings that possess both familiarity and individuality. Amidst the challenges of designing around shifting grades, we've diligently integrated the structures with the landscape. Distinguished as rental buildings, these structures have been carefully crafted to enhance the living experience of their future occupants. Each unit is thoughtfully laid out, maximizing space, natural light, and ventilation, to create homes that feel open, inviting, and comfortable. Residents will enjoy a wide array of amenities that foster a sense of community and encourage an active lifestyle. I am immensely proud of the work accomplished thus far, and I eagerly anticipate the construction phase, where these two unique structures will rise, standing as a testament to the collaboration and creative spirit that drives our profession. |
